- Your screen will switch to grayscale (or back to color)
- Brain Fog automatically tracks your usage

- Open Brain Fog and tap the Focus tab
- Choose a session type:
- Deep Work (2 hours)
- Study Mode (25 min)
- Bedtime (1 hour)
